We are pleased to introduce Far West Studio Press, a new community art and literary press based in Los Angeles. We celebrate creativity, storytelling, and the power of the written word. Rooted in the dynamic intersections of art, culture, and community, our mission is to preserve and share voices that inspire and transform.
Far West Studio Press emerges from the work of our ongoing narrative workshops, including Narrative Medicine, Bodies of Water, and Memoir & Place. It also responds to a growing need for spaces that honor lived experience through artful documentation and collaborative process.
In addition to publishing select creative works, we collaborate with nonprofit organizations and community groups to explore and strengthen their narrative strategies. We believe that storytelling is not just a reflection of identity. It is a tool for alignment, clarity, and connection. The collaborative process of shaping stories can reinforce purpose, deepen impact, and sustain the work.
